PHYSICAL THERAPIST – WOMEN'S & PELVIC HEALTH
Help Build the Future of Women's Health at 3D Physical Therapy
3DPT is expanding our Women's Health program and is looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about pelvic health and wants the opportunity to grow within a specialty practice.
This is not a general orthopedic PT position with occasional pelvic health patients. You'll be part of a developing Women's Health program focused on providing exceptional, evidence-based care while expanding access to these services across 3DPT.
THE ROLE
You'll evaluate and treat patients with a variety of women's and pelvic health needs, including:
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation
Pelvic and lumbopelvic pain
Pre- and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions
Orthopedic and sports-related conditions affecting women
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Treatment may incorporate pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and individualized movement strategies based on each patient's needs and goals.
MORE THAN A CLINICAL POSITION
We're building Women's Health as an important specialty program within 3DPT. For the right therapist, this creates opportunities beyond maintaining a patient caseload.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Collaborate within a Women's Health PT/PTA care model
Develop relationships with referring physicians and community partners
Help improve and expand our Women's Health services
Mentor and collaborate with clinicians interested in pelvic health
Pursue advanced specialty education and certification
Grow into future clinical leadership opportunities as the program expands
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a therapist who combines strong clinical skills with genuine enthusiasm for Women's Health.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
Current or eligible Texas PT license
Orthopedic clinical foundation
Training or experience in Women's/Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
Women's Health or pelvic health certification preferred, or a commitment to continued specialty training
Just as important, we're looking for someone who is collaborative, self-motivated, growth-minded, and committed to creating an exceptional experience for every patient.
PRACTICING AT 3DPT
3D Physical Therapy is a PT-owned outpatient practice where clinical quality and patient experience come first. Our therapists typically treat 9–11 patients per day, allowing time to provide individualized care without the high-volume expectations common in many outpatient settings.
Our benefits include:
Competitive compensation with quarterly bonus opportunities
BCBS medical insurance and dental coverage
Retirement plan with company match
Paid time off
$2,000 continuing education allowance
Paid APTA/TPTA professional membership fees
Support for specialty education and certifications
Flexible scheduling options
Weekly team lunches
Mentorship and leadership development opportunities
If Women's Health is where you want to build your expertise—and you want to help grow a program rather than simply fill a position—we'd love to meet you.
