Marian has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Maryland University College. Marian is responsible for driving business development efforts, managing professional partners relationships, implementation of strategic goals, driving employee engagement, and leadership development efforts. She has entrepreneurial experience spanning executive management, marketing and business visioning which she leverages in the implementation of business strategies necessary to meet 3DPT's growth goals and stand out as the premiere physical therapy clinic in the area.

Marian has a diverse background in business, radio, and is a certified parenting coach and master trainer. She is passionate about relationship building and facilitating personal growth and development so when she's not managing 3DPT's professional relationships and team development efforts, she helps families gain the skills necessary to manage their relationships more effectively. In her spare time, she's pursuing a doctoral degree in performance psychology, loves traveling with her husband of 37 years, and spending time with friends and family.
